Angela Hodgson

Angela Hodgson is Director of Operations and Programming at Propel, where she leads organizational operations, and the strategic delivery of the organization’s accelerator programming. Since joining Propel in 2018, she has spearheaded the implementation of Propel’s virtual programming model and online learning environment, ensuring an accessible and high-quality experience for founders across Atlantic Canada.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the education, hospitality, non-profit, and retail sectors, Angela brings both operational expertise and firsthand entrepreneurial insight. As a former small business owner, she understands the realities of building and growing a company — experience that informs her approach to program design, founder support, and operational excellence. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong systems thinking, and commitment to delivering meaningful impact.

Angela is often referred to as out "Air traffic controller" as she's always busy managing multiple projects and events to ensure things run smoothly. She lives in PEI with her husband and daughter.
